This course is about understanding why we react the way you do in relationships, conflict, and moments of stress- Without shame and self blame. Inside we break down the 4 trauma responses and 4 main attachment styles, and more importantly how they interact with each other. You'll start to recognize your patterns in real time- the freeze, the over-explaining, the people pleasing, the shutting down, and understand where they came from. When you can name your patterns, you stop feeling controlled by them. You learn the difference between protection and intuition, between trauma reactions and your true self. From there change is possible gently, safely, and at your own pace. This course is for anyone who wants clarity around there emotional responses, healthier connections, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
